Our ground-breaking efforts have led us to strengthen the import, sales, marketing, distribution, carrying & forwarding, and last-mile connectivity of some of the leading brands including Minimalist, SebaMed, Bioderma, Cetaphil, The Face Shop, Johnson & Johnson, Britt Worldwide, Vodafone, Idea, Himalaya, Palmer's, L'Oréal Paris, Godrej and Top Ramen in India.

As our commitment remains driven to sales and distribution, Rajputana has aligned its focus on quality deliveries. By transforming our volume-based model to a value-based one, we have successfully ventured into the premium market segment.

All along, our achievements in baby care since 1997 has been the stepping stone to sharpening our skills.

Today, we have grown to become a 110 - member team spread across companies, bringing a positive impact in modern, general, and online trade. Overall, due to the success of our sales and distribution unit, we were able to venture into other units and gain success there as well. Our reach has been a reflection of our perseverance- our evolving presence in 9 states and 33 cities and towns across the country. With our passion, relentless spirit, and endeavours, our presence into C&F, retail, multi-level marketing, realty, and more.

Kirti J Kanther

(D. Pharma)

Kirti has been a driving force behind the success of the business since 1982, thanks to his unwavering vision and leadership. Over the course of 35 years, his steadfast ownership has brought forth numerous brilliant ideas in various sectors, including Distribution, C&F, MLM, Retail, Realty, Recruitment, and Agriculture.

 

His involvement in the nationwide launch of multinational brands like Good Knight, Snuggy Diapers, BPL-MOTS, and more has further showcased his expertise and influence. Kirti’s vibrant and naturally energetic personality has not only cultivated a vast social network but also provided opportunities for the business to expand.

 

This versatility allows him to take on various roles, one of which includes serving as a Joint Secretary and previously as the Chairman of the Goregaon Chapter (2020 – 2022) of the Jain International Trade Organisation.

Pravesh K Kanther

(MBA – Finance, B.Tech – Telecom)

Pravesh made a dynamic entry in 2009, injecting the organization with fresh ideas and a renewed sense of energy. His brief but impactful experience at FINO, a micro-finance company, revealed his true potential from day one.

 

Pravesh’s entry into the business resulted in significant expansion. He successfully added numerous brands to the existing portfolio and diversified distribution channels, including general trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and chemists. Additionally, he played a key role in implementing software solutions and digitalizing accounting systems. Pravesh took the initiative to develop an internal team app, as well as an app for retailers, streamlining operations and facilitating order placement for enhanced efficiency.

 

His infectious enthusiasm and natural charisma have served as a source of inspiration for every individual within the organization. With a strong emphasis on expanding operations and establishing a robust multi-channel presence, he is a driving force behind the company’s growth.

 

Pravesh’s technical expertise sets him apart, allowing him to quickly process information and foster innovation. Moreover, his exceptional leadership skills effortlessly bridge the gap between retail and online channels. With Pravesh at the helm, the future of the Rajputana Group shines brighter than ever before.
